What are the freight charges to my city?
If you reside inside Auckland metropolitan area your order will be delivered FREE OF CHARGE when total amount of the order is $40 and over (does not apply to Wooden Baby Cots and Factory Seconds, read Factory Seconds conditions for more details). If you purchase for less than $40 small courier charge of $3.00 will apply.
Some suburbs of Auckland (like Beachlands, Clevedon, Cornwalls, Diary Flat, Huapai, Laingholm, Oratia, Whenuapai and Whitford etc) is only $3.00* (does not apply to Wooden Baby Cots)
Outer suburbs of Auckland (like Bombay, Hobsonville, Kumeu, Maraetai, Orewa, Piha, Pokeno, Pukekohe, Riverhead, Silverdale, Waiuku etc) is only $4.00* (does not apply to Wooden Baby Cots)
Short Haul North Island (Hamilton, Whakatane, Rotorua, Whangarei, Tauranga ... etc) is only $7.50*(does not apply to Wooden Baby Cots)
Long Haul North Island (Wellington, Palmerston North, New Plymouth, Taupo ... etc) is only $8.95*(does not apply to Wooden Baby Cots)
South Island - ONE BOX - $13.95*; TWO BOXES (or ONE BOX + Few Accessories) - $19.95*(does not apply to Wooden Baby Cots).
Waiheke Island is ALL $13.95*.
We charge one courier charge for every two boxes (does not apply to South Island deliveries). If you buy baby accessories we will try to fit them on the same courier ticket, but can not guarantee that. If accessories are too bulky to be packed together with nappies extra delivery charge will apply.
* Rural deliveries (RD) require Extra $4.00 for delivery.

How long would it take to have my order delivered?*
Normally delivery inside Auckland metropolitan is on the next working day (if ordered before 2pm).
North Island - second or third working day.
South Island - between 2 and 4 working days.
Please note that Rural Delivery may take extra time (a day or two more).
From our side we do our best to dispatch orders promptly so that our customers get them as soon as possible.
* The above times are approximate figures with the majority of our parcels delivered within these times. There are some instances where you would expect delays mostly due to overloaded courier services or mistakes in handling parcels by the courier companies. We do not take responsibility of courier companies delay, but we promise that we will chase up your order until it is delivered to you. There may also be delays due to non-availability of the product ordered.
Can I have my order delivered today?
We are not able to guarantee when you will receive your order, this is because we use a courier service to deliver our parcels, and therefore delivery times will depend on the courier service’s schedule.
How can I pay for my order?
There are few options available:

*Personal/Bank Cheque
*Money Order (through post office)
*Bank Payment
Sorry, we do not accept cash on delivery. However if you reside in Auckland you can pick up your order and pay cash. Our pick-up point is at 66A Carbine Rd, Mt Wellington. Telephone confirmation is required. Products are subject to availability.
Credit Card payment is processed instantly, allowing orders to be dispatched immediately.
If you are a new customer and would like to pay by personal cheque, your cheque must be cleared before your first order is dispatched. If you are an existing customer and usually pay by cheque, your cheque for the previous order must be cleared before the new order is dispatched. Please allow4-5 working days for cheques to be cleared.
If you do not wish to pay by credit card or personal cheque then Bank Cheque, Money Order or Bank Payment are other options. We will send your order immediately after receiving the payment in full. IMPORTANT! If you deposit or transfer money to our bank account please contact us (by phone or email) to make sure we have received your payment. There are cases when no reference shows next to the payment (even if you entered one when making the transfer), and therefore the sum can not be promptly allocated to any order. To avoid delays in delivery please inform us of your payment.
Can I order partial quantity?
Yes, with all nappies except for Huggies and DRYUPS.
To enable you to sample as many products as possible, we allow customers to order partial boxes of different brands and sizes. This also allows customers with many children and tight budget to order a small quantity of nappies for each child. To place an order for a mixed box, enter 0.25 for a quarter, 0.5 for a half and 1 for a full box. Please see the remarks to find out how many packs there are in a box. You cannot enter 0.5 if there are 3 packs in a box. If you want to order one pack please write 0.333, if two 0.666. You need to order a full box of nappies in order to get FREE wipes (only where applicable).
What will happen if I have few packs of nappies that I cannot use because my baby has grown out of that size?
As part of our service you are more than welcome to exchange any unopened packs for another size. We can also mix your box to the sizes you like when you place an order (see exceptions above).
This rule does not apply to Huggies nappies. Once Huggies pack is opened it cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact the manufacturer if you want to make an inquiry or a complaint.
We are unable to get through to your telephone lines most of the day! What can we do?
Due to a high number of customers, who are enjoying our great products and services, sometimes it gets very difficult to get through to our lines. In such cases please leave us a message with your phone number and we promise to come back to you as soon as we can. Otherwise feel free to order or contact us with any comments through fax, post, e-mail (please state clearly brand, size, quantity and your address) or through our website online shopping which is easy and secure! |
