Holds my belly well but I find it difficult to put on , why are there two extra straps. ? I don't know where they are supposed to go..also you need to wear it over clothing, it's not good against the skin but I use it a lot.

Took a little while to work out how to put it on (used photos online as reference). Best to use when you are standing or walking most of the time as it isn’t super comfortable to wear when sitting down. Definitely helps to provide relief to a tired back - even if you just use the below belly part. Would purchase again for sure!

It’s kind of like a compression band. I loosen it half way through the day. I find my body is less tired on the days I wear it. Only con is sometimes the fabric rubs on my stomach

Belly Brace is AMAZING

So glad I bought this! I was super skeptical, but it has really helped with my round ligament pain when heading out for walks, doing housework, or just whenever I start to feel pain. Pretty comfy, but can get a bit itchy in places but thats a small price to pay for comfort!
