What is the charge for delivery?

Standard Delivery Charges (not applicable to oversized & overweight items):
  • Orders $200.00 – $999.99: FREE

  • Auckland orders under $200.00: $7.99

  • North Island orders under $200.00: $9.99

  • South Island orders under $200.00: $13.99

  • ALL RURAL DELIVERY addresses - extra $8 on top of the above rates
Oversized & Overweight Items:

Delivery charges vary. Please refer to individual product listings for specific delivery charges.

  • Click and Collect from one of our Auckland stores FREE 

  • Auckland (oversized items): from $30 per item

  • North Island flat rate (oversized items): from $65 per item

  • South Island flat rate (oversized items): from $80 per item

  • Oversized and overweight items may need to be collected from a rural depot.

Orders $1,000 and over: We will contact you to confirm the delivery charge.

This shipping policy does not apply to account, wholesale, or commercial customers. Please contact us for freight quotes if you fall into one of these categories.

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to the Chatham Islands, Stewart Island, and Great Barrier Island.


How long will it take to get my order delivered?

Here at Babyonline we do our best to dispatch orders as soon as possible

Estimated Delivery Times
  • Auckland: 2–3 working days

  • North Island: 3–4 working days

  • South Island: 4–5 working days

  • Rural areas: Allow an extra 2–3 days

These timeframes are indicative only. During peak periods, delivery may take longer due to increased courier volume.

  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be shipped the following working day.

  • Orders are not processed/dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

  • We are unable to specify delivery times or guarantee delivery on specific days.

If you have not received your order within the timeframe specified please email us at info@babyonline.co.nz. You will need to include your full name and order number as shown on your confirmation email received from us at the time of purchase.


How can I pay for my BabyOnline Order?

We accept a number of convenient payment methods:

  • Visa or Mastercard (for security reasons we only accept credit/debit cards issued in New Zealand)
  • Afterpay - lets you spread the cost of your purchases over several payments interest free, making buying what you want that much easier. 
  • GEM Visa / Lattitude long term finance
  • Direct Deposit (online banking)

  • POLi pay (instant online bank payment)

Can I pick up my online order?

YES, in Auckland.

When ordering online you can choose your pick up location depending on stock availability.

You will receive a phone call or email confirmation once your order is ready to collect.

We will hold your order for a maximum of 10 working days.

Do hardware Items come with a warranty? 

All our hardware items carry a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Other items such as toys carry a 3-month limited warranty. The warranty does not cover wear and tear or damage caused by misuse of the product.

Any faults must be reported within 10 working days of receiving your product. Proof of purchase must be retained.

Does Babyonline deliver overseas?

No, unfortunately we only deliver within New Zealand at this time.
