Delivery Charges & Delivery Policy
We do our best to deliver your order quickly and cost-effectively. Please read below for full details on how our delivery process works, including timeframes, charges, and important terms.
General Delivery Information

We are unable to accept requests for specific delivery times, or accept liability for early or late deliveries. We can put a note for the driver, but cannot guarantee it will be adhered to.
- Delivery days and times depend on traffic, courier schedules, driver availability, and other factors beyond our reasonable control.

If nobody is home, the carrier will attempt to leave the goods in a safe place at the delivery address.
- All deliveries are made to the door only. Couriers are not expected to carry items upstairs or assist inside the house.
- Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to the Chatham Islands, Stewart Island, and Great Barrier Island.

Oversized and overweight items may need to be collected from a rural depot.
Orders $1,000 and over: We will contact you to confirm the delivery charge.
This shipping policy does not apply to account, wholesale, or commercial customers. Please contact us for freight quotes if you fall into one of these categories.
Estimated Delivery Times

Auckland: 2–3 working days

North Island: 3–4 working days

South Island: 4–5 working days

Rural areas: Allow an extra 2–3 days
These timeframes are indicative only. During peak periods, delivery may take longer due to increased courier volume.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be shipped the following working day.
- Orders are not processed/dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

We are unable to specify delivery times or guarantee delivery on specific days.
Delivery Terms & Conditions

While every effort is made to fulfil orders, Waysoft Limited reserves the right to decline any order without explanation.

We are not liable for delivery delays, whether caused by external factors or otherwise.

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout. In rare cases if an error occurs we will contact you to confirm any corrected charge.

Items will be left at the delivery address if the courier deems the location safe. This is considered successful delivery.

It is your responsibility to provide delivery instructions. If no specific instructions are given, our default request to couriers is to leave the package at the address.

Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the courier confirms delivery at the specified address.
Claims & Issues

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete delivery, contact us as soon as possible. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further information.

Claims regarding delivery or parcel contents must be made within 10 working days from the date of dispatch.

Always inspect your parcel before signing (where applicable). If there is visible damage, notify the courier and make a note of it when signing, as this becomes the courier company’s responsibility.
