Really firm, yet soft and durable product.
The strap doest go small enough, as we have a tall baby, and the sound bute used for the animal sound is more terrifying that endearing, but those small things aside, it's a really good product for what you pay. We got this product as an alternative to the Jolly Jumper the baby was getting too boisterous with.
Query response and freight time were impeccable.
