SKEP Kids Bamboo Toothbrush - 1 pcs Pack

Good toothbrushes but came wrapped in an additional unecessary plastic bag which kind of ruins the point of buying bamboo for low waste purposes. The paint on the bottom stops mould which is great but unsure how environmentally friendly that part of the tooth brush is. I have pulled the bristles out but not sure if safe to burn or compost?
